Docker cannot start service app

Docker on Raspberry Pi - I manually set MAC’s but I get the below error.

ERROR: Encountered errors while bringing up the project.

It’s because I must user this specific MAC range: 02:42:0a:13:5a:**. Although it seems to be that it’s 02:42 that’s the important part. I didn’t document this very well at the time, and I’m struggling to find any documentation on it though, so I can’t quite remember how I came across it.
